6 chicken thighs

Good parmesan cheese (life is too short to eat bad cheese)
Handful basil leaves
Garlic thing. A bunch. But not called a bunch – baby brain never really leaves.
A couple sprigs of rosemary
Chuck those lovely legs into a pretty dish and sprinkle with the herbs
Cover with the tin of diced tomatoes
Arrange the basil leaves all pretty like and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at about 180 for 40 minutes
